The goal of a foundation evaluation is to locate foundation distress through a visual inspection and how level (or unlevel) the foundation is by taking elevation readings on the first story floor surfaces. You will receive a written report, the relative elevation survey and contours diagram of the elevation survey data with a plan of repair if appropriate.

- The SecureLock Steel pier provides the strength and depth required to lift and support your homes foundation. The resent drought has caused foundations in the DFW area to experience settlement. Using Steel Piers allows your home to be supported by the soils below the weather affected zone. Unlike the Concrete piling the Steel Piling will work better because it can be installed deeper and is stronger than that of a Concrete Pressed Piling.
- The Drilled Pier System will support 6 times the weight of a Pressed Concrete Pier and can be installed deeper. The deeper the pier is installed, the more stable soils exist to provide the stability required to underpin your homes foundation. The Drilled Piers is approved by all Engineers in the DFW area and can support 6 times the load factor of a Concrete Pressed Pile.
