Contact through Tell Vision between a provider and you the consumer, that results in business being performed by a provider is an agreement between you, the consumer, and the contracted provider. Tell Vision in no way guarantees the quality of the provider's products or services. Ultimately you the consumer must make sure the provider is qualified to provide the products or services you have requested.
